Exchange and Return Policy:

SPECIAL NOTE: You must contact us before sending your exchange back. You will need an authorization number (RA#) to complete your return. Without your authorization number, your return can not be accepted.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of the date you received your package for exchange/return procedure instructions. Due to the personal nature of items, you must ship your package back to us within 7 days of the date your package was delivered. Shipping is non-refundable. If you opt for a refund, your credit will be applied to your PalPal account if you paid with your credit card.

Due to health code regulations, panties and attachable nipples can not be returned. We recommend that you hand wash all bras. Please follow washing instructions on the label.

We recommend that when sending your item back, you insure your package, or at least Delivery Confirmation (for USPS returns). This is recommended for your safety and reassurance.

The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs unless the reason for the return is due to a defective or incorrect item; in that case, we will gladly pay for your shipping costs to both return your item and receive a new item. Shipping Policy:

You will receive your products in a discrete manner in either a plain brown UPS box or envelope. The boxes used for shipping do not indicate the contents and our shipping label will read "MM" rather than our full business name.

Unless a particular item is out of stock, most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after your payment has cleared, We will notify you of any out of stock items or other shipping delays. We ship via UPS or the Priority Mail. All POB orders will be sent USPS.

We offer expedited shipping options upon request.

Personal checks are held for clearance, approximately 7-10 business days. If you include your email address with your order, we will be glad to contact you the moment your payment arrives.

For security purposes, all orders must be shipped to your credit card's billing address. If you wish to have your order shipped to an alternate address, please pay with a check or money order.

All checks and Money Orders must be drawn from US banks. No foreign checks will be accepted
